So we brought both over to our place for the weekend to celebrate their birthdays. \u00a0Neither one has any siblings at Casa Shalom or family that visits them, and so we wanted them to have a special time with us.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t noticed, we celebrate a lot of birthdays! \u00a0But we feel that it\u2019s so important that each kid comes to know how special they are to God. Like David wrote in Psalm 139:13-16, He created each one of them and has a plan for each one of them.<\/p>\n<p><em>For you created my inmost being;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>you knit me together in my mother\u2019s womb.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>your works are wonderful,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I know that full well.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>My frame was not hidden from you<\/em><br \/>\n<em>when I was made in the secret place,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Your eyes saw my unformed body;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>all the days ordained for me were written in your book<\/em><br \/>\n<em>before one of them came to be.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yuli\u2019s family has also been such a huge help and blessing with these celebrations. \u00a0Veronica was their teacher before and enjoys hanging out with them. \u00a0And Yuli\u2019s nephews Christian and Manuel had a great time playing soccer and goofing off with them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pottershome.org\/?attachment_id=480\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-480\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Alejandro&amp;Edwin1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pottershome.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/AlejandroEdwin1-533x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pottershome.org\/?attachment_id=481\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-481\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Alejandro&amp;Edwin2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pottershome.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/AlejandroEdwin2-535x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"535\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Edwin turned 15 in March, and Alejandro turns 15 in May.
